We prepared the demo with two PCs connected to the same analog camera and two webcam put together. The audience could see the two versions of exactly the same image: "before"(standard JMF) and "after" (Sjmf). The difference was obvious.

The very good results with Sjmf H.263, H.263+ and MPEG-4 codecs, added to the prospect of H.264, proved most convincing.
